Workspace Cedarhub Co. is the official registered business name operating Workspace Cedarhub. We were established in 2019 in Daegu to address a gap we saw repeatedly: one household member held detailed cold-storage knowledge while partners and executors had fragments — a safe name, a device brand, nothing that connected them.

Origin

Founder Min-jun Park spent years helping relatives untangle hardware wallet setups after hospital stays and overseas moves. The same pattern appeared each time: excellent security practices, poor household documentation. Workspace Cedarhub began as evening appointments in Jung-gu, producing handwritten maps before we standardised the binder format clients use today.

What we do

We document offline wallet holdings for households — where devices live, how backups are stored, and the order of recovery steps — in language a spouse or adult child can follow. Our work is physical: printed binders, labelled diagrams, contingency letters. We meet clients at our Daegu office or in their homes within the greater Daegu area.

Our approach

  • Household-first — maps are written for the people who will open the binder, not for the person who already knows the setup
  • No cloud copies — your map stays in your filing system unless you explicitly request a second physical copy
  • Plain vocabulary — we avoid jargon in spouse sections; technical detail lives in appendices the primary holder maintains
  • Annual rhythm — cold storage changes; we encourage continuity reviews rather than one-off perfection

Team

Min-jun Park — lead mapper, continuity reviewer. Former archive technician; trained in document preservation and household record systems.

Eun-ji Han — spouse briefing facilitator. Background in adult education and family mediation; specialises in partner orientation sessions.

Sora Kim — intake and scheduling. Manages preparation checklists and bilingual binder production.

Community

We refer households to licensed tax advisers and estate attorneys when questions exceed documentation scope. We do not sell hardware wallets or custody products.
