Privacy Policy for Workspace Cedarhub — how we handle personal data for household cold-storage planning clients in South Korea.

What we collect

  • Session notes: wallet counts, location descriptions you provide, scheduling preferences — not seed phrases or keys unless under a sealed process you initiate separately with counsel
  • Website data: essential cookies; optional analytics if you accept cookies (see Cookie Policy)
  • Payment records: transaction references for deposits and session fees processed at our office

How we use data

  • Schedule and deliver mapping sessions, continuity reviews, and workshops
  • Send appointment reminders and continuity review invitations

  • Comply with legal obligations

Retention

Contact form submissions: 24 months. Session intake records: 7 years for business records unless you request earlier deletion where law permits. Payment records: as required by Korean tax law. Cookie consent choice: stored locally in your browser.

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating our practice, and consent where required (e.g. optional analytics cookies).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:

  • Payment processors for deposits and fees

International transfers
