What we collect

  • Contact and booking data: name, email, phone, preferred session dates, messages you send via our contact form
  • Session notes: wallet counts, location descriptions you provide, scheduling preferences — not seed phrases or keys unless under a sealed process you initiate separately with counsel
  • Website data: essential cookies; optional analytics if you accept cookies (see Cookie Policy)
  • Payment records: transaction references for deposits and session fees processed at our office

Retention

Contact form submissions: 24 months. Session intake records: 7 years for business records unless you request earlier deletion where law permits. Payment records: as required by Korean tax law. Cookie consent choice: stored locally in your browser.

Processing is based on contract performance, legitimate interests in operating our practice, and consent where required (e.g. optional analytics cookies).

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may share data with:
