Refund Policy
Refund and cancellation policy for Workspace Cedarhub mapping sessions, continuity reviews, and workshops in South Korea.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
Overview
This policy applies to household mapping sessions, annual continuity reviews, spouse briefing workshops, and related add-ons booked with Workspace Cedarhub Co.
Deposits
Mapping sessions require a ₩80,000 deposit to confirm dates. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled session start, except as below.

Continuity reviews and workshops: cancel more than 7 days ahead for full refund of prepaid fees; within 7 days, 50% refund; within 48 hours, no refund.
Rescheduling
One free reschedule per booking if requested more than 7 days before the session. Reschedules within 7 days may incur a ₩30,000 administrative fee. On-site travel fees apply to new dates if location changes.
Cancellation by us
If we cancel due to facilitator illness or office closure, you receive a full refund or priority rescheduling at your choice. We are not liable for incidental costs (travel, accommodation) beyond refunded session fees.
No-shows
If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of the scheduled start without notice, the session is treated as a no-show. Deposits are forfeited and remaining balances may be charged.
Work already started
If you end a session early by choice after mapping work has begun, fees are not refunded. Partial document delivery may still occur for work completed.
Purchased materials
Printed binders, bilingual add-ons, and second copies produced during a session are non-refundable once printed. Misprint errors attributable to us are reprinted at no charge.
Remote continuity review
If documents are lost in post before review begins, we reissue intake instructions at no charge. If review is completed and annotated pages are delivered, fees are non-refundable.

- Completed printed materials
- Travel surcharges for on-site visits once the facilitator has departed
- Third-party postal or courier fees
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, or by bank transfer in Korea. Processing time: 10 business days after approval.
Exceptions
Medical emergencies or bereavement may qualify for full deposit refunds with documentation. Contact hello@workspace-cedarhub.click within 5 days of the scheduled session.
