This workshop assumes a mapping session has already produced a binder — or that you are preparing for one. We work through the document page by page: what each wallet label means, how to match a device to its backup, and which steps require the primary holder versus which a partner can start.
Workshop flow
- Map orientation — table of contents, legend, and how to read location codes
- Guided walkthrough — open the actual binder sections (yours or our sample) and trace one recovery path
- Question round — partners ask without the primary holder answering first
- Scenario cards — “device lost,” “holder unavailable,” “backup location moved” — map which binder section applies
Outcomes
Participants leave knowing which three pages to open first in an urgent situation and what information they still need from the primary holder.
