Terms of Service for Workspace Cedarhub household cold-storage mapping sessions and related services in South Korea.
Effective date: 1 January 2025
1. Agreement
By accessing workspace-cedarhub.click or booking services with Workspace Cedarhub Co. (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you disagree, do not use the website or our services.
2. Services
We provide in-person and remote documentation services for household cold-storage planning, including mapping sessions, continuity reviews, and spouse briefing workshops. Services produce printed and physical materials as described at booking. We do not provide investment, tax, legal, or custody services.
3. Bookings and deposits
Session dates are confirmed upon receipt of required deposits. Deposits are applied to session fees. Cancellation terms are set out in our Refund Policy.
4. Client responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide about wallet locations and household structure. You must not ask us to store seed phrases, private keys, or PINs unless under a sealed-envelope process you initiate with your legal adviser. You must secure printed materials after delivery.
5. Intellectual property
Website content, binder templates, and session materials are owned by Workspace Cedarhub Co. or licensed to us. You receive a licence to use delivered household maps for personal household purposes. You may not resell or publish our templates without written consent.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by South Korean law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our documentation or website. Our total liability for any claim related to a session is limited to the fees paid for that session. Documentation services do not guarantee asset recovery, security outcomes, or legal compliance of your cold-storage setup.
7. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of delivered materials, inaccurate information you supply, or violation of these terms.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Daegu, South Korea.
9. Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
